* Copyright Tribunal Judgement
The Copyright Tribunal had ruled that the ability to photocopy artistic
works should not be excluded from the blanket licence, and that course pack
copying should be included in the fee paid to CLA by universities.

The new British Universities Newsreel Database (BUND) website has a new
streamlined design, including overviews, and increased cross-referencing
