Lending and Enquiry Services Manager
An experienced manager, you will be responsible for the provision of front-
line services at the Stirling campus, including the lending, document
delivery and enquiry functions of the Library and IT services. You will
play a key role in the development of these services in support of the
University’s teaching, learning and research strategies.
A graduate, with management experience, you’ll be an enthusiastic and
committed team player, with the ability to motivate and lead others.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as
good IT skills for personal effectiveness. Sound organisational ability and
the capacity to achieve goals under pressure are important.
Several years experience in academic library and information work is highly
desirable, as is familiarity with relevant legislation including that
relating to copyright, disabilities and data protection.
This is a permanent position and salary will be within Grade 4 of the
Administrative, Library and Computer Staff Salary Scales (£29,414 -
£34,900) p.a.
