Well, as no-one else has spoken:
I've looked at our copy and I see what you mean.
It's probably left over from the proofreading stage, the way you get "see
page 000" because the page is "YET to be finalized" or whatever.
If you still have your search results, perhaps you could tell us and we can
all scribble them in! Otherwise I suppose we have to get the publishers to
send out an erratum slip...
