The JISC/DNER INSPIRAL Project (http://inspiral.cdlr.strath.ac.uk/) is
carrying out stakeholder-based research into the non-technical issues
around linkage or integration of VLEs/MLEs and digital/hybrid libraries.
Obviously the stakeholders whom we are consulting have a strong interest
in online learning and/or digital librarianship.
It is outwith our capabilities as a very short project to actually
canvas that other large group; those educational staff and learners who
choose not to take part in online learning developments.
Can anybody point us to any research that has been done in the area of
non-users of learning technologies (staff and students)?
Many thanks
