Dear Ian,
Have you looked at Lamda? We are an electronic document delivery
service which uses Ariel software to scan and send paper-based
journal articles from our Supply Libraries - 11 of the top UK HE
libraries. We operate a library to library service, open to all UK HE
libraries and we will also consider membership from any UK
non-commercial library. Although documents do need collating once
they are printed, they are of a high resolution, and, with Lamda, are
returned to you within 48 hours. We supply Ariel documents via FTP
not Ariel e-mail, to avoid the problem of large TIFF files sitting on
e-mail servers.
Please note that Ariel 2.2 software is available free to all UK HE
institutions.
Further details are available on the Lamda web site:-
