I would first like to thank you for bringing this problem to MCB's attention
as this is the first time that we have been made aware that there was one.
I don't wish to sound trite and whilst I obviously cannot speak directly for
ingenta, I know that neither company would intentionally frustrate our users
by providing a sub-standard service. Naturally MCB will be following up this
matter with ingenta to try to quickly resolve the problem. As there are a
number of ways that things can go wrong, I would be grateful for any help
users can provide with specific instances of missing content. If you can
help, please reply directly to me off this list.

Subject: Gaps in ingentaJournals coverage
We are finding many gaps in coverage of the titles we access through
ingentaJournals where complete issues or sometimes just certain articles are
not available. This is very frustrating for our users, especially as in many
cases, for example MCB and Academic Press, we can subsequently find these
issues and articles on the publisher's site.
What is the reason?
[I am posting to the list, rather than asking ingenta direct, as I assume
other list members will be interested in any response and will be happy to
help if ingenta need to apply pressure on their suppliers.]
