You are right that autosignature to the BL should be deleted.
I am asking everyone who posts email to the LIHNN email list to set-up autosignature. I receive hundreds of emails everyday and having to second guess who the email is from is time consuming.
It is email protocol to include full name and contact information when sending an email, and I would like all members of the LIHNN email list to adopt a basic email protocol. If this means deleting your signature when email the BL, then fine.

Will everyone who uses Outlook to send e-mail requests to BLDSC please note.
You cannot create an autosignature that applies to all outgoing messages.
If you do, the signature will be appended to your BLDSC requests and will
cause an acceptance failure.
