Telemedicine and related technologies in Korea
A seminar
Friday 25th May 2001, 1200 noon
Venue: DTI, 1 Victoria Street, London
Are you interested in telemedicine?
Do you use technology to help deliver health care?
Are you thinking of establishing links with the Korean health sector?
Are you looking for new business opportunities in the Far East?
If you answered yes to any of the above, this seminar is for you.
The Department of Trade & Industry has recently supported a fact-finding
mission to Korea. The purpose of the mission was to find out about
telemedicine and related technologies in that country. During its stay, the
mission team visited many hospitals and companies, and met with some of the
influential players in the technology, health, academic and government sectors.
This seminar provides the mission team with an opportunity to report back
on what it found, and for British organisations to find out more about this
exciting country and its healthcare system.
The seminar will be of interest to:
anyone with an interest in telemedicine or health informatics
anyone with existing or prospective business relationships with Korean or
other Far Eastern companies
