yep
Try Microsoft Frontpage or Dreamweaver.
Our students use Frontpage and find it relatively easy to use.
Most of our departmental stuff is done using dreamweaver as the basic web
development package.

Subject: Web-based delivery of courses
Hello,
Without opening a whole can of worms can anyone recommend a sutable tool
for the delivery of a science lecture course via the web that reduces
the need for a "dedicated" programmer. I have HTML experience but I'm
sure there are tools that allow more interactivity without specifically
writing Javascript stuff.
Thanks
