PhD studentships at CAMBORNE SCHOOL OF MINES, UNIVERSITY OF EXETER, UK
Applicants are invited for the following fully funded PhD studentships in
Earth Sciences starting in October 2001.
1. Base-line lithogeochemistry in a mine waste contaminated region.

Final year students, expecting to obtain at least an upper second class
honours degree, and others interested in applying should send CV and

June. Interviews will be held later in June.

ALSO
Due to expansion of provision, places on the MSc in Mining Geology and the
MSc Industrial Rocks and Minerals at the Camborne School of Mines are still
available. These courses have 7 NERC studentships. Applications from those
with (or expecting to have) at least a second class honours degree, should
be made as soon as possible.
Please note: Only UK and EU nationals are eligible for the PhD
studentships, and only UK nationals are eligible for the NERC studentships.
