Dear Hassina,
I don't think there is a single book that covers all the topics you
mention. If there is, I would like to know about it myself!
In my experience, the best book on mineralogy is W D Nesse's book,
'Introduction to Mineralogy', Oxford University Press, 2000. It's
particularly good on optics. His earlier book, 'Introduction to
Optical Mineralogy', is slightly more comprehensive on optics,
although it's rather more expensive.
I don't know of a good book on phase diagrams. The only one that I
ever came across devoted to phase diagrams was by Ehlers, 'The
Interpretation of Geological Phase Diagrams, Freeman, 1972. That's
out of print and was largely devoted to igneous systems, anyway.
J D Winter's book, An Introduction to Igneous and Metamorphic
Petrology', is as good as any that I've seen. I suppose I could also
mention E-An Zen's, 'Construction of p-T Diagrams ...', USGS Bulletin
1225,1966, but I don't know whether that is still obtainable.
I hope this helps.
