The South West Museums Council seeks a lead consultant to undertake a groundbreaking programme of
research, options and feasibility analysis for learning support in the south west region which
would aim to ensure that all museums, archives and libraries become accessible learning centres.
We are looking for a freelance museum, library or archive worker with a track record which
includes excellent understanding of developing access and learning in one or more of the three
sectors. They will need to have (or be able to obtain access to) business acumen, data
collection and analysis skills and effective consultation management skills. They will need good
project methodology and report writing skills.
