Dear List Members

As the Summer Season will shortly be upon us I am reminding list members,
who may not have access to their registered list accounts during this
period, to be aware of the complications that may arise.  As Universities
change their servers, which in turn changes e-mail addresses, the occasional
'rejected mail' loop sometimes occurs resulting in a plague of duplicated
copies being repeatedly sent to every INBOX. If you experience a change of
address then please change your entry on the discussion list. Unfortunately
this involves removing yourself and then adding yourself on again. The
procedure is quite simple and uses basic list commands.

Remember - all commands must be sent to the address [log in to unmask]
Please also substitute LISTNAME for the appropriate list ie: LIVEART / SCUDD
/ ARTNET / FESTIVAL followed by your name.

Join a list:
join LISTNAME FIRSTNAME LASTNAME

Confirm list membership:
ok

Leave a list:
leave LISTNAME

Leave all your JISCmail lists:
leave *

Suspend email from a list:
set LISTNAME nomail

Suspend email from ALL lists:
set * nomail

Resume email from a list:
set LISTNAME mail

Resume email from ALL lists:
set * mail
