Dear John,
the new Journal of Visual Art Practice (JVAP) might be an appropriate
journal - it is an academic journal developed from the old 'Drawing Fire',
which was published by the National Association for Fine Art Education.
JVAP is now published by Intellect, with a broad panel of referees. See
