sector may be modish right now, but are there really SMEs in Europe
that can stand up and say they don't and won't need the Internet to

Only 8 percent of attempted online orders during the holiday shopping
season failed, according to Accenture. This is a great improvement on
last year when 26 percent of order attempts were abandoned.

The latest findings from the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Internet
150 study show that the European Internet sector lost half its value
in Q4 2000, ending the year with a total market capitalization of
