Having been largely disappointed in the final report from the Digital
Opportunity Taskforce or the dot force, I was thankful to receive the
latest SANGONeT report on the status of the Internet in Africa.
Unlike the dot force's report, this one was remarkably free of
jargon, doublespeak and meandering pontifications about the digital
divide.
