A new MA in Media and Information Management from the Media and Cultural

Communications strategies are now the primary way in which organisations
shape and maintain their public image or brand identity. This MA from
Middlesex University is aimed a new generation of media workers. It is
designed to equip them with the skills and theoretical frameworks needed
to develop and manage broad-based communications
strategies across the domains of the media and information economy. This
innovative MA programme will be based
on a theoretical and critical approach which analyses the new
information economy historically, economically and politically, whilst
employing a range of practice-based skills such as research, web-design
and writing for different markets. The course is themed around three
areas: Post-modernity and the Information Society; Ethics of Media
Management, and Practices of Media and Communications Management.
