Was my website down, for how long?
Was it hacked or defaced, why wasn't I told?
Does my home page download quickly, why not, where's the bottleneck?
Is my ISP performing?
How does my website compare with my competitors websites?
How many customers visited my site yesterday?
Where did they come from, how did they discover me?
Did they stay, for how long, did they buy anything?
Why did they leave?
Site Confidence from Analyst Software provides answers to these
questions and more.

EDITORIAL:
'Half a billion online'
by Kathy Foley
After an enforced hiatus due to our financial troubles and subsequent
takeover earlier this year, Nua's How Many Online figures have once again
been updated, this time to the end of August 2001. After much plowing
through reports and adding things up in Excel, we can now report that the
number of people with Internet access around the world is 513.41 million.
Give or take a few million.
