NOTICE TO OUR READERS

Dear Readers,

We would like to inform you that Nua Ltd went into receivership on
Tuesday, March 27, 2001. Mr. David Hughes of Ernst & Young in Dublin
has been appointed as Receiver.

The company had developed the web content management software, Nua
Publish, with associated methodology and standards. It also publishes
Nua Internet Surveys, New Thinking and Making It Work.

Mr. Hughes is currently examining the assets of Nua Ltd. with a view
to bringing them to market as quickly as possible. A brief Information
Memorandum will be available from Wednesday, March 4, 2001.

Nua Internet Surveys will continue to be published during this time. A

fewer people choose to make the trek to the polls on election day.
Even in countries where the citizens have had the right to vote freely
for a relatively short period of time, the percentage of people voting
