WHY AN EDITORIAL ADVISORY PANEL?
--------------------------------
Since April 2001, Psychogeography.co.uk has become
established with over 10,000 editorial page visits
in just one month. It has already enjoyed
significant popular acclaim and press coverage.
This was in response to the first phase of
introducing the site to an Internet-Ready
readership.
The site has now also been endorsed by the Social
Science Information Gateway, hosted by the
Institute of Learning and Research Technology,
University of Bristol, in addition to numerous
academic libraries throughout the UK and the USA.
The second phase in establishing the site,
academically, is to firm up the processes of
review of proposals and contributions to
Psychogeography.co.uk, thus establishing the site
as a reliable research resource. Proposals will
therefore soon be required to be reviewed by two
referees with academic expertise in an appropriate
area.
Involvement in the Editorial Advisory Panel will
comprise a willingness to review a small
(negotiable) number of abstracts/submissions per
year. All submissions will be written in English
and emailed to selected panel members by prior
arrangement only.
