Subject: Co-ordinated information for patients
Dear all,
I have been asked by one of our Postgraduate Medical Associate Deans for
examples of Trusts with co-ordinated approaches / projects around patient
information and access. He is looking at a wide range of issues including
paper and electronic information for patients; patient information manager
posts; projects to improve patient access to services (including disabled
access); information support for PALS.
I know this is one of those "big questions" - but any Trust-based examples
would be helpful. [I already know about the Patient Information service at
North Bristol Trust]
Many thanks,
David Stewart
