Dear Bugs users
i) As Sujit Ghosh points out, there is currently no way of handling simulations
in WinBUGS (unless you do each simulation by hand!). However, the upcoming
version 1.4 will be able to do simulation studies, in conjuction with some R/S
code. There should be some news about this on the bugs website as soon as the
new WinBUGS code is available, sometime after 24th August, and details will also
be posted to the list then.
In the meantime if you have a simple example to try I'd love to hear about it.
ii) If you want to receive copies of your own messages to the list, this can be
set as one of your (many) options - go to www.jiscmail.ac.uk/lists/bugs.html,
click to change your options, and look for the `Acknowledgements' section.
Best wishes
Ken Rice
