Andrew: I presume that you have the permission of their authors to include
in Kent Johnson's piece posts other than mine that were sent to a private
list with no intention of publishing. You do not have mine. I do not care
to be associated with Kent and Jacques' project. Please remove them and any
references to them immediately. Or do you routinely violate copyright?

I suggest others who feel as I do do the same. It's hard to justify the
publication of other people's correspondence.
