The enrollment option will most likely be absent from your control panel as
it will have been disabled across the Blackboard system by a administrator.
Therefore, to prevent self-enrollment onto courses, the administrator will
need to set the Enrollment Options for your courses so that enrollment is
instructor (rather than student)-led.
