Just an update on this. We have finally been sent our requested 15 modules
from the Bb server. I originated the request on Feb 13th, since then it
seems to have been going round in circles in Bb support.
However I have now found Ron Arthur who is a member of Bb support staff who
works nights US time so he is very responsive to our time frame. Ron had the
request sorted in under a week. He is my man of the moment.
