Yes, I have discovered some protection problems in the Courseinfo
courses directories which correspond to the exception errors. It is
puzzling why some courses are correct and others are wrong.
In our case, we are doing a test upgrade on a Sun Ultra 5, which is
noticeably slower than the E250 we use for our production server. My
second test migration took 10 hours and 40 minutes elapsed.
