Dear Stephen,
I have used Cubase Score (Steinberg) on Mac for this sort
of project and found it useful. The PC version is
probably better. It has the advantage of Midi, being able
to play it in and hear it played back. The quality of the
score is good, but, as with all music writing programmes,
it has its glitches and frustrations that you have to learn
to work round.
Cheers,
Ian
