I probably wrote to you a few weeks ago saying that I had put up a website
with ISP <in2home> but that a much expanded version would be there in
mid-January.
I found problems updating the <in2home> site, so have now established the
updated site at <http://members.jings.com/~traditional>.
The site now has:
various song resources - sets of lyrics, a list of useful websites, sample
pages from'Traditional Scots Songs And Music', the new book for schools I
have jointly written with Kath Campbell, to be published by Leckie and
Leckie of St Andrews;
my CV and details of other projects I am involved in;
the opportunity to purchase at a nominal cost of £2 electronic files of the
books 'Cod Liver Oil And The Orange Juice' and 'A Year Lang Winter's
Night', - sample chapters of each are on the website.
Other materials I plan to add when time allows include:
resource materials [websites, contacts, bare bones plotlines] re
traditional Scots stories,
Ian Davison's collection of over 500 kids songs collected by him in Glasgow
schools in the 1960s / 70s;
songs written by Scottish school children as a part of various projects,
etc.
Best regards
