Dear all
We seem to be coming across several jelly beans which don't activate over
the whole surface area. They have all been out in the field. When we look
at them it seems that the internal spring is hitting the side of the
microswitch rather than the actuator. We wondered whether the manufacturers
changed the specification on the microswitch and the problem doesn't show up
till later.
Is anyone else finding this or able to shed light?
I haven't spoken to the makers yet because I'm not sure how real the problem
is.
