In my experience both here at the Henry Moore Institute and previously at
Leeds College of Music where we've tried both the separate and the
integrated approach, the library users prefer to see a separate collection
of videos and are completely flummoxed by the integrated approach, although
handlists can help. If space allows, a good compromise is to get a set of
empty video cases to put on the book shelves with the sleeve information,
directing users to the video collection.
