In a somewhat bizarre story, US ceramist Jeff Zamek describes how he used
the cremated ashes of his deceased pet black Labrador dog (called 'Friday')
to supply the bone ash requirement for the glaze he used when making a
coffee cup. The recipe for the glaze - Black Friday Glaze - is given in the
article, together with a photograph of the wheel-thown stoneware cup.
