Now Elizabeth, I know it is a Friday afternoon, but stop and think. The
answer is that the vast majority did not survive. As our old friend Agarde
pointed out Fire Flood War ( and something else, but I can't recall what)
carried out the selection process for us.
Of course you may debate whether our selection is any better than that
carried out by the Four Horsemen!
