PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR
18-month fixed-term contract, Grade POA (£22,971-£24,072)
West Yorkshire Archive Service has been successful in gaining funding from
the New Opportunities Fund to create an educational resource based on
digitisation of archive materials on the theme of women's history. We are
looking for an exceptional individual to lead and manage this project. The
post will be based in Halifax, but will require travel.
The successful applicant will supervise a small multi-disciplinary team and
ensure delivery on time and within budget of project objectives. Other
primary duties will include external relations, publicity, liaison with
consortium and local partners, and development and implementation of a
marketing plan.
Applicants must have experience of project management, and will preferably
hold a post-graduate qualification in archive administration or other
relevant discipline. Computer literacy and a currrent driving license are
essential.
