I think I would aim at getting "the original" manuskript. If this is
not possible, and if you deem the particular family history worthy
beeing added to your deposits, then you shoud copy it on "expensive"
paper. I know of German archive-stuff suppliers and coud give you the
addresse, but I am sure, there are British suppliers who can meet
your needs in a less complicated way.
