For archival tape I have used two suppliers in the past
Atlantis Papers in London: 0207 377 8855
Silverprint in London: 0207 620 0844
The tape that I used must be wetted before use and of course you should
use distilled or de-inonised water to do that (don't lick it!)
I don't know of anyone who makes a self-stick archival tape but if they
do Atlantis and Silverprint will know about it.
cheers
