I wonder if anyone can help me.
I have recommended to the upper echelons of LSE that in order to conform
with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act, we should adopt a
records management policy. Since I have no doubt whatsoever that I will be
given about six nanoseconds to do write our policy, I thought I'd trawl the
list to see what other people are doing.
Does anyone have a policy they can email (or a URL I can link to), is there
a good template I can crib from and is the LSE the only public authority not
to have one. Comments, advice and suggestions gratefully received.
I should have started work on this a year ago I know but what with one thing
and another, writing a RM policy just never seemed to be a priority.
