One year full-time or two years part-time
This exciting, new Master's research degree aims to equip students with
the knowledge and skills to:
analyse critically the research literature
design and conduct research on population health and evaluation of
health services
work effectively in a team and to demonstrate research management and
administrative skills.
The programme includes:
Research Methods (both quantitative and qualitative)
Statistics
Evidence-Based Medicine and Epidemiology and Population Health
International Health Policy
Health Economics
Personal and Professional Skills in Research Practice
Dissertation.
Launch date: September 2001, subject to final University approval.
