The phrase "at the request of the institutions" came direct from the SLC HEI
Helpline but unfortunately I did not get a name. This was on Wednesday of
last week.

The tuition fee position report for 2001/02 was issued to HEIs at the end
of last week. If it has not been received within the next few days, plaes
contact us and we can supply a copy.
