The impression I get, partly confirmed by a discussion we have had with the
SLC this morning on a separate issue, is that they do not actually read the
instructions or 'guidance' sent to HEI's.
I know I am guilty of the occasional anti-SLC posting to these pages but the
contrast between the platitudes in their glossy propaganda and the experience
of those 'on the ground' operating their processes is beyond belief, (bang
goes my Christmas Card).
