Hi Rob
Yes we have had this problem today with our students. Basically it is
because (I think) they were originally going to another University before
going through clearing and coming to ours.
It is the other universities that have returned their cheques saying that
they have not registered.
It seems a bit stupid that the computer cannot pick this up, as all of our
students have received their first term installments.
You will have to telephone the SLC and just let them know that they are
registered with you.
