The Scottish Experience in the new QAA methodology

Currently, Scotland is implementing the new QAA methodology. This half day
event aims to share experiences and consider the relationship between the
new methodology and disability legislation. There will also be opportunities
to discuss how ADC-LTSN project funding can support learning and teaching
developments within the HE context.
Participants
This event will be of interest to all staff in the Art, Design and
Communication HE sector in Scotland who have a responsibility for the
student learning experience.
Process
The event will include presentations, case studies, small group workshops
and also provide the opportunity for questions and discussion.
Outcomes
As a result of this workshop you should be able to:
* Discuss the Scottish experience of tne new methodology
* Discuss outcomes of projects relating to the creation of an
accessible curriculum
* Identify possible sources of funding for learning and teaching
development

Dundee Contemporary Arts, University of Dundee
The event will be preceded by lunch at 12.30pm and will begin at 1.45pm.

Cost
The event is free and includes lunch and refreshments. ADC-LTSN will not
