Does anyone know of any design or management solutions that discourage or
prevent vehicles from parking across dropped kerb crossing points? I'm not
talking about pedestrian crossings, I'm thinking about - for example -
opposed dropped kerbs at the end of a street.
This is a major headache for one of the access groups in a small Welsh town,
and I suspect most towns in the UK, and I was wondering if there any
creative ideas out there aside from the usual responses - ie legal
enforcement of the traffic regulations and trying to educate vehicle owners.
