Hi Marcus and Adrian,
Thank you very much for your responses to my query re. the EU's definition of
disability. I tried the weblink Adrian suggested and discovered the WHO's 1997
definition plus a rather disturbing one in a document entitled Helios II
Programme 1993-1996 but have been unable to find a definition listed as being
the one subscribed to by the EU as a whole.
Thus, Marcus, I would be very grateful if you could let me know the definition
you have and Andrew Walker's views whenever convenient to you.
Thanks again,
Lynne
