Has anyone been successful in convincing providers of sheltered
accommodation, of more than one level, that two lifts should be provided?
If so how did you do it?
Is there any legislation out there that we can use?
We often have lifts breaking down, leaving residents stranded, distressed,
or having to negotiate stairs that are dangerous or painful to them.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
Regards
Mary
