Does anybody know of any legal measures that can be enforced to stop drivers
parking across dropped kerbs and blocking routes for pedestrians, causing
particular difficulty for people with mobility difficulties?
I am interested to find out what measures other local authorities have tried
and whether these have been successful. What role can the traffic wardens
play in this?
Thanks,
Rebecca
