Oh Clare,
If only this was done! Too often interventions are made (usually reactive
in nature) but never properly evaluated.
There has been some reviewing of the efficacy of interventions to which one
of the list members made reference a year or two ago. You could try going
on to the archives for this list OR perhaps the list member concerned could
refurnish this information.
If you are considering introducing something and wish to evaluate it, there
are plenty of people around (myself included) who would be happy to help you
in designing this into the scheme.
Good luck
Kevin

Subject: measurement of stress management interventions
Has anybody out there implemented stress management courses and stress
counselling for their organisation and measured the effects of this
intervention? I would appreciate information about your outcomes.
Thanks
Clare
