Google has come through on their promise to bring up the full Deja
archive of Usenet news postings. The Google Groups site
<http://groups.google.com/> now offers the archive back to March 29,
1995. Google claims that is has more than 650 million individual
messages.
Also, the Google Groups advanced search page
<http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search> has been expanded with
options to sourt by and to restrict by date, language, message ID,
author, subject, or newsgroup.
Google also states that they plan to offer posting ability, like Deja
used to have, sometime during May.
