This intensive senior level workshop looks at ways in which information
services managers and their teams can utilise e-business tools to:
* develop relationships with their internal customers
* maximise their own efficiency
* enhance their service's standing within the organisation
* develop individuals within the team
Throughout the day, points will be supported by a variety of case studies,
and the delegates will be encouraged to discuss and develop tactics.
This workshop is aimed at senior information and knowledge professionals,
and the content will be developed to reflect the needs and interests of the
