Donald - the recent ICJ case between Botswana and Namibia concerning
sovereignty over Kasikili/Sedudu Island may also be of some interest, as
the case hinged on the identification of the main channel of the River
Chobe which forms the boundary between the two countries. The pleadings
of the parties contain a wealth of material on this subject, and can be
viewed online at
