Dear Ali,
A good starting point for fisheries-related information on the web is the
Internet Guide to International Fisheries Law at http://www.oceanlaw.net.
The UN Food and Agriculture Organisation fisheries pages
(http://www.fao.org/fi/) are also excellent; FAO 'fishery country profiles'
for some of the Gulf states (including Kuwait) can be found at
http://www.fao.org/fi/fcp/Asia.asp.
